Memed - Redesigning the Prescription Review Experience

Company: Memed
Year: 2025–2026
Role: Product Designer
How do you transform a critical, high-friction step in the medical workflow into a safer, seamless, and fully customizable experience for doctors?
At Memed, we tackled the challenges physicians face during the final prescription review step—improving multi-document management, introducing real-time previews, and enabling custom layout themes for doctors working across multiple clinics.
From prototyping key interactions with Lovable to conducting usability testing with active doctors, this case study covers the full end-to-end Product Design process and handoff framework.
🔒 Due to confidentiality agreements, the complete case study and live prototype details are not publicly available.
